Coach Lee (Jessica Lee Pellot) is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She's also a radio personality and hosts The J Spot on WHCR 90.3 FM, NY "The Voice of Harlem.

Her holistic, non-diet approach focuses on food as medicine, mindfulness and developing sustainable, life-enhancing, healthy habits and self-care practices.

Along my journey, I stumbled, celebrated successes and felt "stuck".  I've gained, lost and gained back large amounts of weight at a time. Mountain highs and valley lows; so I know all too well, the challenges we all face when aiming to live an overall healthier lifestyle and/or lose weight. This enables me to provide a judgement free zone and bring a high level of compassion, empathy and understanding to my health coaching program. 

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I learned about more than one hundred dietary theories and studied various health and lifestyle coaching methods from leading experts at the forefront of health, nutrition and business.  
 

As a student of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I was taught to take a holistic approach to health that includes healthy relationships, finances, a fulfilling career, regular exercise and body movement, a spiritual practice and of course, nourishing your body by eating delicious whole foods.
